Title: ERP Business Analyst III

Basic Function
HF Sinclair is seeking a ERP Business Analyst III in Dallas, TX.
Job Duties
- Support and resolve issues in SAP BW (Business Warehouse) 7.5 and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) 10.1/11.0 systems for OPEX, CAPEX, revenue, and headcount planning, as well as legal and managerial consolidations (ownership, equity pick-up, minority interest, currency translations, intercompany eliminations) and financial reporting processes.
- Configure and enhance complex logic scripts, member formulas, business rules, controls, business process flows, VB Scripts, and ADAP BADIs (Advanced Business Application Programming Business Add-Ins).
- Support data modeling in SAP BW and data integration to SAP BPC by creating and enhancing transformation, conversion files, and data manager packages.
- Design and support complex Bex, EPM and Power BI reports based on user requirements.
- Design test scripts and perform quality assurance testing, unit testing, and integration testing, and assist userbase in User Acceptance testing.
- Provide required evidence to internal and external audit teams every quarter.
- Design the security approach task profiles and data access profiles for the budget.
- Plan and update SailPoint system with new security teams.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Facilitate meetings, conduct, and lead presentations, communicate with management and business team on requirements, problems, project status, and issues.
- Lead large system integration projects, design workshops, and continuous improvement activities as needed.
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field
Experience
Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation supporting projects utilizing SAP BW (Business Warehouse) and SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation); utilizing EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) reports; inputting template building, ADAP BADIs (Advanced Business Application Programming Business Add-Ins) and script logic to provide technical support for SAP BPC; and designing, maintaining, and adhering to IT standards for system development.
