Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking a Enterprise Content Management Administrator in Dallas, TX who will be responsible  for the development and implementation of the information architecture to support the measuring and monitoring of enterprise business needs. Collaborates with the architectural committees and other information management activities. Influences and drives awareness of information strategy and architecture to the enterprise. Maintains the design around the full set of Enterprise information capabilities that support existing Enterprise Information Systems (Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams & Opentext systems) and new enterprise information solutions while working under limited supervision.

Job Duties

  • Create, configure, and manage OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams sites, libraries, lists, pages, web parts, apps, and workflows
  • Implement and enforce content governance policies and best practices for OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams sites
  • Monitor and troubleshoot content storage site performance, security, and availability
  • Provide technical support and guidance to OneDrive users as well as SharePoint and Teams site owners and users
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on SharePoint and Teams features and functionality
  • Collaborate with the M365 Administrator, the IT team, and the business units to identify and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity using OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Provides support and training to business SharePoint Online site owners.
  • Designs, creates and modifies Microsoft SharePoint Online sites and web pages, providing structure design and planning and executing concurrent SharePoint Online projects according to deadlines, internal methodologies, customer expectations and budgets.
  • Administer Opentext Cloud Solution and integrate Opentext into SharePoint primary portal.
  • Handles Tier 1 through 3 SharePoint Online ECM support tickets.
  • Participate in legal hold requests and discoveries as assigned.
  • Reviews and monitors usage reports.
  • Provide follow-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for root cause analysis, engineering technical assessment, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Provides telephone, e-mail, and after-hours support to all sites using various tools.
  • Develops and maintains clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for the application and supporting infrastructure environment, including detailed design documents, and builds procedures, training, and technical support guidelines.

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum of eight years of job-related experience is required.

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams features, functionality, and best practices
  • Experience creating, modifying and modernizing workflows in SharePoint InfoPath using Power Automate
  • Knowledge of M365 OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams security and permissions management
  • Experience with M365 Groups management
  • Experience in creating and managing SharePoint and Teams workflows using Power Automate
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint and Teams issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Preferred Skill

  • Certification in M365 Fundamentals or M365 Teamwork Administrator
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows using legacy workflow tools including SharePoint tools, Nintex or K2
  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management strategies and design
  • Experience with Azure File Services and Azure Document storage

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

Ability to work independently, as part of a team and as a team leader.

Work Conditions

Office based with travel up to 30% of time by land or air is required. From time to time, required to work long hours which may include nights, weekends, holidays for regularly scheduled maintenance and emergency work and support as well as on-call availability.  At times, required to work in refinery/industrial environment, includes but not limited to, work near moving mechanical parts and/or rotating equipment, loud noise or vibrations and varying road conditions.  At times, may be exposed to risk of electrical shock.
