Basic Function
HF Sinclair is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage and support all Sinclair with station conversion process efforts through oversight and direction of certified contractors, manufacturing vendor partners, and offers to Sinclair fuel distributors/customers. This role will interact with vendors, customers, sales and operations, and marketing daily. Key deliverables include time to brand; accurate project timing and capital spend forecasts.
Job Duties
- Sinclair station branding/conversion process steps including and not limited to: station identification/approval, “Scope of Work” approval, materials ordering, materials production updates from vendors, leading vendor manufacturing efforts, and station conversion updates from contractors, and receipt of project completion materials.
- Leads development and implementation of branding/billing processes to create better efficiency.
- Leads regular (weekly) touchpoints with station materials vendors/manufacturers, installer/contractors, and Sinclair customers.
- Works with manufacturing/vendor partners or internal staff to produce “Scopes of Work” for station property enhancements needed to meet Sinclair station branding standards.
- Investigates and directs manufacturing partners to ensure costs of materials are competitively priced and manufactured to meet Sinclair demand and quality standards.
- Track the various phases of the branding process in order to streamline bottlenecks, remove barriers, improve project timelines and support continuous improvement.
- Ensures maintenance of sales and station branding information in Salesforce is accurate and current.
- Develops and supports execution of new brand programs and processes to maintain and grow “high-quality” representative fuel locations.
- Regularly engages with Sales Team via weekly Region Meetings to provide updates and collect feedback from the field.
- Participates in onsite visits with station opportunities and new vendor procurement.
- Develops contractor approval process, training/onboarding, and training materials for contractors.
- Trains sales representatives, Vendor partners, contractors, and distributor/dealer personnel on developing branding/station conversion processes.
- Completes special projects or tasks assigned by supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
- Provides additional support to marketing Department as requested by supervisor and/or additional Executive Leadership Team.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Procurement or related fields required.
Education Level
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Engineering, Operations or related field.
Required Skills
Strong program and cross-functional team management, interpersonal and communication skills, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Preferred Skills
Process management, manufacturing oversight, budgeting, Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility
Supervise program(s), administration, and manufacturing.
Work Conditions
Office based with up to 25% of travel by land and air required. Subject to all weather and varying road conditions.
