Basic Function

HF Sinclair in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, National Pricing. The Senior Manager, National Pricing will oversee the establishment, revision and enforcement of brand standards and corporate image application for all new-to-brand locations.

Job Duties


  • Oversees, develops, and manages all marketing operations staff and activities.
  • Oversees and ensures efficient execution of new-to-brand locations ensuring achievement of annual brand volume growth targets.
  • Oversees and ensures brand standards are enforced and image standards are sustained across all locations.
  • Serves as point-of-contact and liaison for brand and imaging process contractors and vendors.
  • Approves scope of work and completion of required site upgrades to meet site branding standards.
  • Oversees the development, monitoring and reporting of progress on branding projects toward fulfillment of annual and long-term branding targets.
  • Manages and promotes Fleetcard program and ensures achievement of growth expectations.
  • Identifies potential image excellence enhancements and develops programs to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Oversight and development Credit Card and the associated Profit and Loss for Credit Cards
  • Lead co-ordination of EDC communications, meetings and facilitation
 
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.

Education Level

A minimum Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
Preferred Education Level: Masters degree in business or related field preferred.

Required Skills

Ability to perform a variety of high-level assignments for the marketing department. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, and ability to multi-task, is required. Ability to handle situations involving conflicts arising out of products being off specification, short/long term refinery/logistical problems causing product outages and/or customer complaints, and human error causing product outages, etc. Strong organizational skills; advanced leadership, effective delegation, negotiation and forward thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with others, both written and verbal communication, and across multiple department lines and manage third party locations. Advanced reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

Responsible for the direct supervision of Marketing Operations staff. Responsible for direct supervision of the Credit Card team

Work Conditions

Office based with up to 33% travel by land and air required. Subject to all weather and varying road conditions.
